TFS on premise integration

Currently the TFS integration seems to only support Visual Studio Team Services. It would be great it it also supported the on premise version of TFS.

Read Stackify error logs Programmatically via rest API calls

It will be really useful if the stackify rest api calls are exposed, we can consume it to search data programmatically to look for specific errors
