We have filtering set up in other systems to notify via SMS, create tickets, etc., based on Stackify Alert emails. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to filter a Warning (i.e., memory going slightly over threshold) versus an Outage without actually parsing the email itself with deep logic. We'd like to auto-escalate an Outage, for example, to on-call, create a ticket, etc., but we don't want to do this for every type of alert email, and Reminders are already too delayed to be of immediate value.
